| [Al had a great rate for the major plan of the removal. I think he underestimated the amount of debris that had to be removed and came short handed but he powered through it with his partner. I would have preferred that he provided the ongoing maintenance estimate along with the initial proposal as the others did, but he assured me he would be competitive. He is significantly higher. I did engage him at a negotiated rate for 90 days of ongoing maintenance which in total is slightly more competitive than the other bidders. However, after the 90 days, if he cannot compete going forward, I will rebid the maintenance.]
