| Mike was on time with all the tools and plumbing needed to install a new and remove an old water heater. Our "special needs" were for a tank that would fit back into the "closet" meeting all the permitted specification guidelines. We had a 30 gallon and were trying for a 40 (which actually would cost less we found out) but the room dominating forced us back into a 30 gallon. Mike purchased a contractor grade heater (and not a second level from one of our famous giant home repair stores), put in some copper flex hosing he thought we needed, cleaned up and was gone within the time he promised and costing what his estimate was! |

| Mike came out right away to replace my hot water heater, w/o any extra fees. His price was excellent & he installed a Consumer Reports recommended brand. He found extra work that needed to be done, but just did it w/o extra cost. He cleaned everything up and answered all my questions. I don't like repairmen who act like I won't know anything about the repair--Mike was not that way! Be sure to let him know before he comes out if you need an earthquake strap or want to pay with credit card, as he was not prepared for those requests when he arrived. I'd recommend Mike to anyone! |
