The micro wave had to come down about three times. Joe could have very easily just left it and not said anything and I probably wouldn't have known any better. I appreciated the honesty and his ethics about doing the job right.

It was a pleasure doing business with this company. It was especially nice when at the owner's suggestion we ordered a "part" of the motor housing and not the entire motor to see if that would repair our dishwasher. He didn't just sell us a motor unnecessarily just to "make an extra buck" or in this case, lots of them! He was timely and kept in touch with me to frequently to make sure he got here as soon as the part arrived. He also worked feverishly to make sure my dishwasher was repaired correctly even though it kept giving us problems. Thank you Joe for your insistency! Will definitely use this company again!
