It was a little difficult to reach Claudia, their scheduling person, on the phone. She seemed to be out often. Also, compared to other places Glass Market had little flexibility for scheduling in the evening or on the weekend. However, their quoted price (which was also the final price) was ~20% less expensive than other places. They first came out to measure and were prompt and professional. A few days later they came out to install. Except for being ~15 minutes late they did a good job. Overall I had a good experience with them.
