Promp, professional, and polite. He was very helpful and offered suggestions. It was a small job but he handled it like his top priority. I will definitely recommend him.

Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System in 92104

Although it took 4-5 days for service (we were in the midst of a heat wave), the service person arrived promptly - i really appreciated that because i had plans for the day and i didn't want to sit around waiting for someone to show up. He assessed the problem quickly and fixed it. he also took the time to fully explain the situation and answer all my questions.

Repair Natural Gas, Propane or Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System in 92008

We're selling a house, and the buyer's inspector found some issues with the furnace. We called Stephen Ehart in to get advice on how serious the problems were and an estimate for any needed repairs. He was prompt and knowledgeable and gave us good options on how to proceed. In the end, we're offering a credit to the buyers instead of performing repairs, but his advice and estimates were vital in forming our offer to the buyers. I'm sure they'll be very satisfied if they use him to make repairs to the furnace.
