Javier was very polite and professional. His pricing was reasonable for the services he offered and was flexible to my needs when I had to reschedule our appointment. He performed what had explained but forgot an exterminating bait for a particular pest I had. He promised to come back to install the bait but I had to call and remind him. He came and finished the task at a time that was convenient for me. I'm considering having him conduct a regularly scheduled service for my home.

Javier was extremely helpful during my initial phone conversation with him. He not only gave me the quote I was looking for but really explained what products he would be using and helped to calm my fears of using pesticides to get rid of fleas. When he told me his price....I asked him how he can afford to do this at 1/2-1/3 of what his competitors charge. He explained that his business is owner operated so he doesn't have the overhead that the other companies do. He didn't require us to sign an annual contract for flea control and he's even working with us to control termites (again, with no huge expensive contract). Very easy to work with.
