Based upon a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being best, Grant Construction is rated a 10 for their planning and execution of this project. This assessment includes the following major elements:
1. Project Management. Mr. Derek Grant provided outstanding personal management of this project from start to finish, provided valuable guidance to the property owner, and selected quality and knowledgeable workers and sub-contractors.
2. Schedule and budget were adhered to as planned.
3. Quality of work was top notch.
