We had to re-schedule the carpet cleaning from the 29th to the 30th of Sept at the same time. However, they didn't get there at that time, which worked out fine for us. However, eventually we were ready for them to get there. I called them and although they didn't have us on the list, I told him we absolutely needed it done that day. He came and did a good job at 5:30 at night! He did 3 stories in one hour! I certainly would use them again.
