Repair or Service a Swamp Cooler in 92592
A technician came out and said the problem was that when the guys last summer replaced my swamp cooler (not Willeys guys) they bent the float and it wasen't signaling to let water flow in. So he adjusted it and left. Well unfortunately it wouldn't shut off and was continually running and overflowing. So I had to shut the water off to the unit. I called Willey's and a couple days later another technician who lives in my city came by and adjusted it and stuck around to see that he did it right. It was perfect. The first guy should have done that and I wouldn't have been without my cooler for another two hot days.

They were very helpful over the phone and contacted me within 15 minutes of my initial e-mail. I liked the co-owners Mike and Greg and they were very straight in regards to the repair and/or replacement. The replacement was done in 1 day. Our place needed a bit of cleaning up afterwards and that is why I am not giving them a 5.
